The farmhouse of medieval origin was the home of the peasants who worked the land owned by the Count of Casalta, a large part of the farm still surrounds the farmhouse which maintains the original features with all modern comforts.
About the Villa
The house consists of the first floor and second floor and can be reached from the external staircase. The ground floor, with access from the outside and not connected internally with the house on the upper floor, consists of a large living room with bathrooms and a professional kitchen where we can offer on request the breakfast service and private chef in the villa exclusively for you. In addition to the house there is an annex in front of the villa, with a small wellness room with hydromassage and sauna. A large garden surrounds the house and you will also have an outdoor area with barbecue, tables and outdoor seating. Furthermore, in the back of the garden there is a swimming pool with hydromassage for your exclusive use, available from May to September.
The original constitution of the house was maintained but they wanted to give it a clean and attentive to detail look, using materials that recall the past but which can make you feel comfortable in step with modern times. Offering all possible comforts, including a swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool and wellness room with sauna and jacuzzi. The handcrafted beds have high-end mattresses and the furniture is made up of design pieces. The living room has been enriched with a table and bar top in worked wood, obtained from the recycling of our forests.

Furthermore, in the back of the garden there is a swimming pool for your exclusive use, available from May to September. (outdoor hot tub will not be available on 2026 season).

Vittorio e Rosa
Vittorio and Rosa moved to Tuscany in 1982, taking over the management of the family estate, which had been purchased a few years earlier. At that time, the farmhouse was in poor condition, and they settled into a newly built home. With dedication and passion, they developed the agricultural business, cultivating vineyards and cereals in the Tuscan land. Over the years, they fulfilled their dream: renovating the farmhouse to transform it into a welcoming accommodation facility, where visitors from around the world can immerse themselves in the authentic Tuscan experience, surrounded by the beauty and tradition of this wonderful region.
